Our booking system is super easy! Simply visit our Soulful hikes page, select which hike you would like to join us for, the date and click ‘book now’. Simply complete the online form and follow the payment instructions and BOOM! You are all booked! You will also receive an email from us to confirm your booking!
Our Soulful hikes are great for anyone with a moderate level of fitness. Additionally, we also adjust the pace of our hikes depending on group fitness levels and we also take regular breaks to allow rest time and time to click your photos and selfies!
We like to keep our group size down to ensure you receive a really unique and memorable experience. We take no more than 20 guests.
Yes of course! But be warned, you won’t be alone for very long. We have an amazing community of regular soulful hikers that will soon become your buddies too! So, you can come with a friend or join us on your own! Our Soulful hikes community has a positive and wonderful vibe and provides a great opportunity to be social and make a lot of new friends while experiencing the beautiful outdoors!
We welcome anyone 18 years and over.
We will ensure that your dietary requirements are met. When you book a ticket, please let us know of your requirements.
The price includes public liability insurance, a fully guided experience with trained and First Aid qualified staff. On some of the hikes, we also provide a healthy and delicious morning tea or lunch so you don’t have to carry anything!
Soulful Hikes is a fully insured company. We have public liability insurance and also first aid qualifications.
Yes! Please make sure your mat has a strap or you can wedge it in your back pack so you don’t have to carry it.
Some of our hikes are specifically designed for the kiddos and entire family to enjoy. Please check out our kid friendly hikes section.
You are required to carry at least 1 litre of water. During summer, it’s advisable to carry atleast 2 litres of water.
Yes, absolutely. Soulful Hikes can tailor an experience just for you to cater to your individual interests and needs. Please check the ‘private hikes’ tab and book your own unique private hike there! Whether it is a birthday, hens day, Christmas party, team building, promotional events or just a fun day out with your group of friends, we have you covered.
We do not offer refunds on tickets. Also, if you fail to attend an event on the day for any reason, all monies will be forfeited and you will not be entitled to any form of compensation. In the case of any unforeseen circumstances we have to cancel or reschedule, attendees will be offered a gift voucher to use towards another event or booking. Please refer to terms and conditions for more details.
We take the call depending on weather conditions. In some cases we may need to make the call of rescheduling an event due to rain, storm, etc. We usually advise you via email if that is the case.

Yes we can cater for various dietary requirements. Please let us know at the time of making your booking.
Yes, please let us know your preferred location. This can be a park, beach or a private residence.
If you do choose to consume alcohol, you do so at your own risk.
Yes please let us know at the time of booking and we will provide other seating arrangements.
Unfortunately we are unable to control the weather, although we will do our very best to work around it. Changes due to the weather can be arranged up to 24 hours before the event. In these circumstances we encourage you to have a back up plan such as a hotel room or balcony, house or back garden or any other covered area. Our picnics still look great indoors and we are more than happy to come to you.
We will return at the arranged time to pack up the set up. If you would like to leave earlier than the agreed time, please contact us.
Our picnic dates go on for three hours
Soulful Passions will set up your luxury picnic at a location of your choice. We do picnics in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Byron Bay, Adeleide and Perth.
